W-2 Employment

Competitive Pay

Hourly plus overtime at time-and-a-half. Heavy-duty and specialty (EV, luxury, long-distance) pay at premium. Performance bonuses.

Paid Training

Every driver goes through our training program. Tie-down procedures, NYC-specific hazards, AWD/EV handling, lockout techniques. Earn while you learn.

Consistent Routes

Drivers run a known {state.name} territory with a consistent dispatcher. You learn the streets, the building clearances, the access patterns.

Growth Path

Entry-level → heavy-duty → specialty → senior driver → dispatch. Most of our dispatchers are former drivers. Operations management is the next step.

Clean driving record, no major violations in 3 years

✓

Pass background check

Pre-employment drug screen included

21+ years old

Required for commercial tow insurance

Navigation, photos, digital paperwork

Available overnight / weekend / holiday

Our Manhattan Dispatch Hub

Dispatch at the Empire State Building, 5th Avenue and West 34th Street in Midtown. Trucks stage here for runs across Manhattan from the Battery to Inwood. Closest to the Lincoln and Holland Tunnel approaches for west-side calls and the Queensboro and Williamsburg bridges for east-side work.
