Light-duty tow: $125 base hook-up plus $4 per mile past the first five miles. Covers cars, sedans, compact SUVs, and anything under about 10,000 lbs gross weight. Most intra-borough tows fit inside the base rate.

Flatbed tow: $175 base plus $5 per mile past five. Required for AWD, 4WD, EVs, low-clearance sports and luxury cars, motorcycles, and any tow going more than about 20 miles. If you're unsure what your vehicle needs, tell dispatch the year/make/model — we know the answer for every common vehicle.

Roadside flat rate: $85 per call for jump-start, flat-tire change, lockout, or gas delivery. Winch-out from snow or a ditch starts at $125 depending on recovery difficulty. Any delivered fuel is billed at cost plus a small handling fee on top of the service rate.

Heavy-duty tows (Class 6–8 vehicles, box trucks, sprinters, commercial rigs) are quoted per job based on vehicle weight, distance, and recovery complexity. Typical heavy wrecker calls run $600–$1,500.

What's Included In Every Rate

Correct truck & crew

We don't show up in a wheel-lift for a job that needs flatbed. The right equipment for your vehicle is assumed.

Timestamped documentation

Photos on scene and at drop for every tow. Protects both sides — for insurance, disputes, and your peace of mind.

Itemized receipt, emailed

Hookup fee, mileage, any specialty equipment, taxes — all itemized. Receipt in your inbox within minutes of completion.

Direct insurance billing

For accident and collision tows, we bill your carrier directly in most cases. You don't front the cost.

NYC DCWP licensed

Fully licensed tow operator. Commercial auto, garage liability, and on-hook insurance on every truck and every load.

W-2 employee drivers

Not gig workers. Trained, background-checked, accountable. Consistent execution every call.

What You Will Never See On The Bill

If you see any of these on an NYC tow invoice, it's a scam operator. Dispute it. File a 311 complaint with DCWP.

NYC surcharge

Doesn't exist in legitimate pricing. Pure padding.

After-hours markup

Overnight, weekend, and holiday rates match daytime rates. No time-of-day premiums.

Storage fees on same-day drops

Storage applies to overnight yard stays. Same-day drops from scene to destination — zero storage fee.

Cash-only demand

We accept every major card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Cash-only demands are a red flag.

Unlisted drop location

Your vehicle goes where you direct — your home, your shop, your dealer. Never our yard without your explicit okay.

Padded mileage

Mileage is calculated from pickup to drop on the efficient route. Not the scenic route. Not with inflated padding.
