Door jamb sticker lists drivetrain, or check the trim badge. All Subarus (except BRZ), most Audis, many SUVs, and every EV are AWD-class for tow purposes. Dispatch can confirm by year/make/model.
Q2.My Tesla is in 'Tow Mode' — can you roll it?

Q3.Can you flatbed a vehicle that's stuck in a tight parking garage?
Depends on ceiling clearance — most garage ramps and decks are too low. We may need to push it out first, or bring in a wheel-lift to extract then transfer to flatbed at street level.
